I have a trailer with a Titan Brake Actuator - T2478100 Acording to your reference, this actuator is to be use with drum brakes, but my trailer has disc brakes instead. Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

The part # T2478100 is indeed designed for use on trailers with drum brakes. The master cylinder of the actuator is designed for lower pressure drum brakes.
What you can do is swap out the master cylinder of the actuator with the part # T4749501042 and it would be compatible with disc brakes.
