The Roadmaster Falcon, part # RM-520 would work great with your 2008 Grand Caravan being flat-towed. There are 5 items you need when you want to flat-tow a vehicle. You need base plates on the towed vehicle, a tow bar, safety cables, lighting for the towed vehicle, and most states now require a supplemental brake system. I will make the recommendations for the items you need.

First, I recommend the Roadmaster XL Base Plate kit, part # 284-1. These have removable arms when you aren't towing so it looks almost invisible.

The tow bar you mentioned, part # RM-520 has a quick-disconnect system that makes it easier to remove the tow bar from your car.

For safety cables I recommend part # RM-643. These are coiled single hook safety cables.

For lighting I recommend the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit, part # RM-155.

To connect the wiring from the towed vehicle to the motorhome I recommend an umbilical cord like part # BX88254. Since this has a 4-way round plug for the vehicle end you may need to cut off the 4-way connector form the light wiring kit and replace it with the included 4-way.

for a supplemental brake system I recommend part # BRK2012. This is a wireless system that receives the signal form the motorhome and applies the brakes on your Grand Caravan with the same intensity as the motorhome.

You want to make sure you are towing the vehicle as level as possible so you may need a high-low adapter for your motorhome trailer receiver. I have attached a link to the high-low adapters we offer.

You will want to check out your owner's manual to see if there are any other restrictions for your vehicle when flat-towing.
