Recommended Adjustable Ball Mount For 2-1/2 Inch Trailer Receivers

Question:

Im told Andersen is now making a 2.5 inch rapid hitchtalking about the shank that goes into the receiver, not the ball size. do you have that? do you have the specs on it?

We do not have the Andersen 2-1/2 inch adjustable ball mount but I do have a solution for you.

I recommend the Weigh Safe Ball mount. The ball mounts we offer for a 2-1/2 inch receiver opening have a weight capacity of 18,500-lbs. The great feature for these ball mounts is the built-in tongue weight scale that helps make sure you know what the tongue weight is regardless of the load. For a ball mount that has a 6 inch drop or 7 inch rise the ball mount I recommend is part # WS6-25. If you need an 8-inch drop or 9-inch rise part # WS8-25 is the way to go.

For an adjustable ball mount with a 10,000-lb capacity you can check out part # DTALBM6625. This is the Fastway Self-Locking, Adjustable, Aluminum Ball Mount with 6-inch drop and 7-inch rise.
