Can the rhino rtc tracks be cut?

You could trim the Rhino-Rack roof rack tracks # RTC14 if you needed or wanted to. Just make sure that the cuts are perfectly straight up and down so the end caps will fit properly. Rhino-Rack does offer the tracks in other lengths. The shortest set is # RTC8JW at 31-1/2 inches long. If you need a specific size I can check to see if we have an exact match.
The tracks are compatible with Rhino-Rack RLTP legs # RLTP, RLCP legs, # RLT500, and RLTF legs, # RLTF.
