Question:
I have a 1998 Terry fifth wheel that has a Fabex 560 pin box. This particular one s straight down. I am interested in finding an extended pin that would give me a little more turning room. I have looked at the Lippert Roto-Flex 1621 but the hole spacing looks off. Could this unit be used by just drilling new holes or would that create issues? Thanks

I can help you find a solution to your clearance issue but you will not want to drill into the Rota-Flex 1621 because it can damage the structure integrity of the unit.
Instead for your Fabex 560 Pin Box, I recommend the # 5AB-S500-700 Air Ride Coupler or the # RP61412 Air Ride King Pin with Sidewinder. These two models are designed for your specific pin box and will mount up perfectly. They will also give you a smoother ride and extend your pin box for better clearance.
I have linked an installation video and a few Help Articles about these products for your convenience.
