i plan on buy this trailer: Northern Tool Ironton 37561 i got a 2016 honda crv. will this part C45521 be compable with this trailer?

Yes, ball mount # C45521 can be used for the Ironton trailer you plan to buy. That trailer has a 1-7/8 inch coupler meaning that you would need a 1-7/8 inch ball for the ball mount, # A-80.
The ball mount fits a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch receiver. If you do not have a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch you would need one, # C11555. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
And if you do not already have a trailer connector on your 2016 Honda CR-V you can add a 4-Way using # 118561. I have linked a video showing how it installs as well.
