Hi, I have the XC2 and I need to replace the wheel hoops. Since the hoops on the XTC are much stronger, can I use those on my rack instead? Thanks so much for your help.

I called my contact at Swagman about the wheel hoops for the Swagman XC Bike Rack, part # S64650 and the Swagman XTC-2Swagman XTC-2, part # S64670.
They told me the replacement wheel hoops, part # S64674 will work on the XC bike carrier you have. They did tell me that these have not been tested with the XC bike so the warranty would not be in effect. They said the design of the # S64674 hoop will cause the bikes to sit a little higher but should pose no problems.
