Question:
Power landing jacking are not jacking equally. One side sits lower than the other and the level is off. Nothing leaking just seems the one sits lower than the other.

Slow operating landing gear is typically the result of one of the following causes; a low battery voltage, a bad ground for the jack motor, or a lack of lubrication on the jack screws and pinion gear.
It is also very possible that the motor could be bad; if it were me, I would check to be sure that the current system had good voltage, ground, and, lubrication before replacing the motor.
