Question:
I have a new 5 monthly 22 ft 5th wheel, double axle, travel trailer equipped with Bearing Buddy zero setup. When should I add grease to them and how much... Recommended grease from Dexter Axle is LubriMatic #11465. Is this sufficient to provide adequate protection. We have put about 6000 miles on our new unit. Thank you for your help and advice.

Some Bearing Buddies have an Auto Check feature that uses a blue ring that will be flush with the top of the cylinder when full of grease. If it is not at the top you would add grease until the blue ring is pushed outward.
If your Bearing Buddies do not have this feature you would just need to insert grease using the fitting at the end until grease starts to ooze out from the front of the hub. If grease leaks out of the back then that indicates that the seal is likely blown and will need to be replaced.
Grease # L11465 is an excellent bearing grease and will work well for you. If you need a grease gun you can use a basic one, # L30200. I have linked a video review of this grease gun for you.
