Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for 2015 Golf SportWagen TDI Sportwagen TDI
Question:
UHaul was unable to find the proper Quick Connect harness for my 2015 Golf SportWagen TDI. They said the correct/safe harness was not available. My VW dealer also claims that a quick connect or any other kind of harness is not available. If I go hardwired will other components in the car be protected/affectedf? Do you provide a user friendly harness of any kind?

We have just the wiring harness for your 2015 Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen TDI. I would recommend the ZCI harness part # 119250KIT for you because it does not require any actual hardwiring. All you have to do is put the sensors on the wire and it will sense current in the wire.
The principal of the install is similar to a hardwire kit as you have to test the wiring of the vehicle to find the correct circuits, but you do not need to cut into any of the wires.
