In reference to your lets go eve Mee v2 bike carrier, will this product carry two adult bikes? Your video shows 1 adult and 1 childs bike.

The Let's Go Aero BikeWing 2-Bike Rack # LGA54FR that you referenced can indeed carry 2 adult bikes. The weight capacity that the bike rack can carry is up to 80 pounds. This means you could carry 2 bikes weighing up to 40 pounds each on the bike rack.
The BikeWing will fit bikes with wheelbases between 22 inches and 50 inches. As long as both of your adult bikes fall within this wheel base range, and the weight of the 2 bikes together isn't more than 80 pounds, the BikeWing rack will work well for you.
