Will these brophy tie downs be ok to use on a new f150 with an aluminum bed? Am worried about stress to aluminum causing bends or creases under strain

The Camper Tie Downs part # HSAB that you referenced are a universal install tie-down system that would work well on your 2015 Ford F-150. You should still check owners manual of your truck to see if there are any restrictions on using truck bed mounted camper tie downs.
I checked with Brophy and they recommend using the # HSSF, which will work with your truck as long as there is two inches of clearance under the lip of the bedside, as shown in the provided diagram.
For a hardware kit you would need the # TDHP.
