The only solution we offer for a truck bed bike rack for your 2015 Toyota Tacoma that has cargo management rails for carrying up to 4 bikes is the Swagman Tailwhip part # S64761 which is a confirmed fit.
The # UG2500-4 is not a confirmed fit so I cannot recommend it.
