The Darby Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier and Single-Bar Roof Rack # DTA944-968-924 will work in any 2-inch hitch receiver and its included single roof crossbar assembly is a universal fit item that will fit on just about any vehicle roof, including your F-150. This product also includes one foam block to support the load on one end, but you can add a second foam block like the Malone site, part # MPG172. You'll also need a pair of Cinch Straps # TH521 to secure the kayak to the carrier system.
