Need Spare Tire Bike Carrier to Clear Aftermarket Spare Tire on 1995 Nissan Pathfinder

i have a 1995 nissan pathfinder with a spare tire carrier that has an aftermarket spare tire on. i measured the center of wheel to side of the tire more than 4 1/4in. is there anyway i can get an extension to fit?
