Both the Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount part # TH963XT, and the Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount part # Y02599, are quality bike racks that would suit your needs well.
I would recommend the Yakima rack because it has a lifetime warranty, while the Thule has a limited lifetime warranty. The Yakima includes two extensions, allowing it to fit wider tires and since your tire has a width of 255 (10 inches) and the rack is designed for tires from P195 (7.7 inches) to P318 (12.5), the bike rack would be a great fit. Another bonus feature the Yakima offers that the Thule does not is that it comes with an integrated bottle opener on the end of each arm of the Rack
