Which Trailer Hitch and Wiring Harness Do I Need for My 2014 Ford E-350 Super Duty Van
Question:
I have a 2014 Ford E350 Super Duty Van without a factory trailer package. I purchased the van to setup to pull a boat. I have a Takonsha p3 brake controller. Can you provide a list of products I can purchase from you to complete an installation for towing. Trailer Hitch 4pin wiring harness 7pin wiring harness Other accessory? Thanks

I suggest the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41945 for your 2014 E-350. This will be a good fit on your van and is rated for any trailer your van can pull. You can pair the receiver with an adjustable B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10049B. I have included a Help Article on choosing the correct ball mount. You will also need a Draw-Tite Pin and Clip # PC3. There is an installation video of the hitch receiver on a 2012 Ford Van which will be very similar to yours.
Since your van isn't equipped with a factory tow package you will need a T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118551 and if you need a 7-way trailer connector to tow your trailer, then you will also want to install our Universal 7-way Installation Kit, # ETBC7. Again there are videos of both of these being installed on a 2012 Ford for you.
Depending on the size of your boat and trailer you may be interested in a set of K-Source Towing Mirrors # KS61203-04F as well.
