would Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender would this work with a kayak and bike rack

Im considering purchasing the Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender and Single-Bar Roof Rack for my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I already have a roof rack.? Would this work? Im also considering buying a bike rack. do you sell a bike rack that would attach to the Kayak Carrier? Thank you,
