I found that the 2008 Keystone Big Sky 340 RLQ 5th wheel trailer has a gross trailer weight capacity of 15,605 pounds. I checked with Chevy and your 2015 Silverado 2500 diesel has at least a 17,100 pound towing capacity when towing a 5th wheel trailer. So the truck can handle the trailer.
If your truck has a short bed I recommend the Demco HiJacker # DM8550034 because it offers the most travel to make tight turns, 14 inches, and it slides automatically.
If the truck is a long bed I recommend the Curt A20 # C16140 which is a fixed hitch since a slider is not needed for a long bed truck. I have linked videos of both hitches for you.
And for an installation kit I recommend a custom kit to minimize the amount of drilling required for installation. Reese installation kit # RP50066-58 will fit a short or long bed and either hitch will fit the included rails. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
I also recommend adding an in-bed 7-Way, # 41157, to make hooking up the trailer easier.
