Will Rightline Truck Bed Tent RL110750 Fit a 2016 Toyota Tundra with Tool Box
Question:
My 2016 Toyota Tundra Crewmax 5.5foot bed has a low profile toolbox that rest across the top of the bed of my truck. It is no more then 2inch tall. Would I be correct to assume that this tent would allow for me to work around my toolbox and not be too much of a hinderence?

The Rightline Truck Bed Tent part # RL110750 that you referenced would easily fit your 2016 Toyota Tundra that has a low profile crossover style tool box. The way the tent attaches allows it a bit of flexibility in how it attaches to truck beds.
It will most likely still work easily but you may have to get creative with the mounting at the front of the truck bed since there are no separate instructions if the truck has a toolbox installed.
