i need to replace dome on roof vent not sure how to measure it. ventline as-13 m-v101 ans z26.1 dot 733

Based on the numbers you have provided it looks like vent cover # BV0554-01 is the correct model for your trailer vent. It has one long continuous metal hinge and is 14-1/4 inches square inside where it goes over the vent assembly.
