Yes, the Adapter 7 Way (Blade) to 7 Way (Round Pin), will make the center pin the brake control function.
Looking at the connector if it were mounted on the back of your vehicle, from the top 12 o clock position going clockwise would be the following, White for ground, Black for 12 volt power, Yellow for left brake and turn, Purple for reverse lights at the 6 o clock position, Green right brake and turn, Brown tail and running lights.
