The trailer jacks we offer that are similar to the # FTJ120W0301 you came from all use a mounting plate that has different dimensions than what you said your trailer jack plate has. You can remove the welded mounting plate on your trailer and have a new weld-on mounting plate installed or you can use a bolt-on jack as a replacement.

The bolt-on option may be the best way to go due to the ease of installation and replacement if needed.

For a bolt-on sidewind jack I recommend part # F1413140334.This jack has a weight capacity of 1,600-lbs and features an 8-inch wheel. It is designed to work with 4 to 5 inch trailer frames. This jack has a lift height of 10-inches and swings up when not in use.

If you decide to replace the welded-on plate on your trailer and install a new jack I recommend a jack like part # FTJ120W0301 you came form. This jack comes with the weld-on bracket, snap ring, and wheel included. It has a 1,200-lb lift capacity and has a 10-inch lift. It also has a swivel feature that lets you swing up the jack when traveling.
