Option for Making Exhaust of 2002 Ford F-150 Louder
Question:
I have a Super 40 Flowmaster on my 2002 Ford F150 5.4 V8 which is really quite , so I am wondering if a resonator exhaust tip would enhance the sound..

Resonator tips really don't do anything to make the exhaust louder. In all honesty they are an appearance thing.
You could look into cutouts like the part # MF10784 for a 2-1/2 inch pipe, part # MF10785 for a 3 inch pipe or part # MF10783 for 2-1/4 inch. If you install these before your mufflers and open them up your exhaust will get much louder.
