Question:
I tow a 16000 GVW trailer with a 2016 F350 with a 20,000 lb. receiver. It has a pintle hitch set up. What type of sway control is available?

The only way to use sway control on a trailer that uses a pintle hitch set up is to use the Tuson electronic sway control system # 335TSC-1000. The trailer has to have electric brakes to use this though. When it senses sway it will apply the trailer brakes accordingly to reduce or stop the sway. I have included a link to a video review for you.
The only other option is to switch from a pintle set up to a regular ball coupler. Then you could use friction sway control bars or, even better, a weight distribution system with sway control.
