First, you will want to get a measurement of the outside dimension of the vent that extends through the camper roof.

Second, you will want to closely examine what is left of the existing vent cover or the roof vent itself for a manufacturer name or part number.

Third, you will need to examine the hinge that is used to connect the cover to the vent. There are a few types like a continuous metal hinge, or there are a few that will have a number of tabs on it. Check out the photo I have linked for you to better see.
