Question:
I have a 2012 F 350 Ford Short bed. I have the puck system, and I already have the frame for that system in the truck. It is a reese. Will this unit fit on that frame? My old slider would not fit. i now have a different trailer, and dont need a slider, but I need to be sure that this hitch will pin to the Reese frame.

The frame I believe you mean is adapter # RP30156. It has 5th wheel hitch mounting slots spaced 29 and 20-1/2 inches apart on center side to side and 22 inches front to back. These are the same as the industry standard rail slot spacing so it is compatible with Curt hitch # C16115.
This hitch has a slide-bar jaw which is secure but allows for a lot of movement at the king pin which will result in chucking. You might consider the next step up in the Curt line, the A16, # C16120, for a dual jaw design and a cushioned head for improved ride quality.
