I hooked up the wiring and the only thing that Dont work is the right side running light

It sounds to me like the right side running light has a problem with its ground. Start by checking the ground wire there, with a tester like the # PTW2993 and make sure it's intact and connected to a good, clean, smooth surface.
If you've done this, and you're still having the same issue, let me know and we'll try some further testing.
