Recommended Axle-Less Suspension For Off-Road Trailer

Does this system fit a standard size hub? also does it come in a 500 Ibs model. I wish to make a Small trailer to tow behind my Quad bike. we do a lot of bush work and sometimes do trips up to 1000 Km. if you have any other suggestions I would love to hear them. Rgds

The Timbren axle-less systems do accept standard size hubs. The axle-less systems we offer jump from a 400-lb to a 1,200-lb or larger. To make it easier you may want to consider an axle-less system that has the hubs included. The # ASR400S01 system you came from is designed for off-road tires and will work with an idler hub like part # 8-91-05UC1-EZ. The # # 8-91-05UC1-EZ comes with the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, wheel bolts and lug nuts included.

The axle-less system with hubs are available in 400-lb capacity like part # A4WS440. The system includes the bearings, races and seals and has a 4 on 4 wheel bolt pattern.

For a system that is more heavy-duty I recommend part # A12WS545. This system has a 1,200-lb capacity and has a hub with a 5 on 4-1/2 wheel bolt pattern.

For a 1,200-lb system with just spindles I recommend part # ASR1200S01. This system will also work with the # 8-91-05UC1-EZ idler hub.
