Solutions for Towing Fifth Wheel Trailer with Truck That Has Hide-a-Goose Gooseneck

I have a 2006 dodge megacab 6 foot bed I was wondering if the Curt Q20 5th wheel hitch will install without having to remove my drawtite 30k hide a goose gooseneck hitch # 9460-48 rail kit # 4448? Im hot shotting loads and would like to have both.

The only solution I have that will easily allow you to tow a fifth wheel trailer with your truck that has a Draw Tite Hide a Goose hitch installed is the Draw Tite Hi Rise Adapter part # 9480.
This fits right into the gooseneck ball opening and provides you with a fifth wheel hitch.
