Is the Tork Lift adaptable to the bumper of my Artic Fox?

The TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps # TLA8004 that you referenced could be installed at the rear of your Arctic Fox although that's not how they are typically used.
You may need a set of outriggers like the part # LC301704 to mount to the bumper so that you could then attach the steps.
