I need a blue ox base plate for my 2017 Chev. Spark.You only list a roadmaster base plate. Will the BX1725 work on my car?

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1725 is confirmed to fit the 2016 Chevrolet Spark. I contacted Blue Ox and they believe it will fit the 2017 as well but have not tested it with the 2017 as of yet. So at this time I can only recommend the Roadmaster EZ4 # RM-523185-4 and EZ5 # RM-523185-5 for your Spark.
For a wiring kit that uses the Spark's lights without tapping into its wiring use # RM-155. I've attached an install video on a 2016 Sonic that is a similar process.
Our most popular braking system, because of how easy it is to use once it's installed, is the Stay-IN-Play DUO, part # SM99251.
For a tow bar I recommend the Blue Ox Alpha # BX7380 with the Roadmaster Base Plate Adapter # RM-033. I like this tow bar because it comes with the safety cables and if you're able to use the Blue Ox base plates you won't need the adapter. If you want to go with a Roadmaster tow bar you can us the Falcon 2 # RM-520 with safety cables # RM-643.
It's likely you'll need a high/low adapter to make everything sit level. I've linked our selection for you to take a look.
