Good Morning- I am in the market for a 12500# A-frame surge brake actuator. Do you know of such a beast? Thank you

Yes we have the Demco # DM8102222 for if you have drum brakes or the part # DM8105422 for if you have disc. These have channels on the front so you would need the ball coupler part # DM05557-97 to connect to a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball.
