Swagman Semi 2.0 vs Rhino Rack Dual Trekker

Are these the same product and just relabeled? They seem exactly the same except for the distance to the hitch when closed - 12inch vs 3? If I was to get a fat bike in the future would either of these work?

The Swagman Semi 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack, # S64686, and the Rhino-Rack Dual Trekker 2 Bike Platform Rack, # RRRBC048, are similar bike racks but made by two different manufacturers. As you noted, the measurements are different from the center of the hitch pin to the carrier both when folded up and when folded down. When folded up, The Rhino Rack has a 3 inch gap between the center of the pin hole and closest part of the rack, whereas the Swagman has an 8 inch gap. When folded down, the Swagman has a 15-1/4 inch measurement and the Rhino Rack has a 12 inch measurement. Both are able to accommodate a tire up to 3 inches in width. Both racks have anti-rattle hitch bolts with lock, but the Rhino rack has a cable lock that attaches to the locking pin, whereas the Swagman rack has an integrated cable with key lock.

If you are looking for a Fat Bike compatible platform rack, I'd recommend the Thule T2 Classic, # TH69TX which will accommodate 2 or 4 bikes of 60 pounds each and up to a 5 inch wide tire.
