I have a solution for you but it's not a folding carrier unfortunately.
You can use Curt trailer hitch mount cargo carrier # C18151 on the back of an RV. You will want to avoid models that fold up because folding models have additional points of movements that could possibly fail due to the increased stress associated with being at the back of an RV.
