In general, if C-channel frame members face inward - meaning that the two open parts of the Cs face each other - then bolt-on chain hangers like what comes with the # HT32218 can allow installation of a WD system.
You still want to check with the trailer manufacturer to verify if weight distribution is recommended or not.
