The diameter of the hole on the Thule Replacement Cradle for Thule Parkway Bike Rack # 853-7887 is 1 inch. That is the diameter of the arm on the Thule Parkway bike rack that the cradle will slide on.
The Thule replacement cradle does not include the cradle strap. If you also need the cradle strap you will need to get Thule Parkway Replacement Cradle Strap #852-3006-001. This strap attaches to each end of the cradle and is used to hold the frame of the bike to the cradle.
