Recommended Lockable Truck Bed Bike Rack for 2017 Toyota Tacoma with Cargo Management Rails

Question:

I have a new 2017 tacoma and I am looking for a truck bed rack for my mountain bike. I have a bed railing system on the side of the bed so the yakama rack will not fit. Also my bike does not fit sideways in the bed and does not have a rail system in the front, so the rockymount type will not work either. What would be my best option? I am looking for something that locks the bike to the rack and also locks the rack to the truck.
