Question:
I have a 2016 Ram 1500 CC, 4x4, 6-4inch bed with the ecodiesel engine, AND the factory 4-corner air suspension. I am planing on towing a 28-30foot TT with a GVWR between 6500-7500 pounds. The 4-corner air suspension is supposed to automatically adjust for loads to keep the truck level. Do I still need a WD hitch? If so, does this air suspension effect the installation or adjustment?

Auto leveling air suspension like what you have on your 2016 Ram 1500 can be used with weight distribution systems. The trick is to put the hitch the trailer up to let the air system adjust to the weight of the trailer before setting up and installing the weight distribution system.
Based on the weight of your trailer the Strait-Line System part # RP66074 would work well for you since it has a tongue weight range of 600- 1,200 lbs. It does not come with a shank though so you would need one like part # RP54970.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
2-5/16" Hitch Ball - 1-1/4" Diameter x 2-3/4" Long Shank - Chrome - 12,000 lbs
2" Hitch Ball - 1-1/4" Diameter x 2-5/8" Long Shank - Chrome - 10,000
Reese Weight Dist Shank - 12-1/4" Long - 2" Drop to 6-1/2" Rise - 1,500 lbs TW
Strait-Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - No Shank - Trunnion Bar - 12K GTW, 1,200 lbs TW
