Question:
I have a 2008 Toyota Rav 4 and am interested in the sport rack ridge swing 4. The hitch on my car has a 2 inch receiver. Do I need anything additional to attach the bike rack?

The SportRack Ridge Swing 4 Bike Rack # SR2415 will fit just fine in the 2 inch receiver on your 2008 Toyota RAV4. It comes with an anti-rattle threaded hitch pin so once you install it you'll be ready to go. I've attached a video of the rack on a 2015 Toyota RAV4 you may want to look at.
If you're going to be carrying any women's or children's bikes that don't have a straight cross tube you may be interested in the Kuat Uber Bike Frame Adapter Bar # UB01. This installs on the bike and provides a straight tube to allow the bikes to ride level while traveling.
If you would like to add security to the rack, the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for SportRack Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers # SR0901 is a locking threaded pin that locks the rack to your RAV4. Also, our etrailer.com Cable Lock # e98891 will lock the bikes to the rack.
