Question:
I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Hard Top trying to determine best ski rack for this. Seems like the only top racks without drilling are the racks that attach to the rain gutters. Does anyone there have experience with whether the rain gutters are strong enough to hold? Ive read a few articles/posts about the gutters getting weak and breaking, and wondered your experience with them. If the rain gutters are strong, do you recommend Thule or Rhino Rack option? thanks.

We have not had customers complaining about the fit of a roof rack that attaches to the gutter of the Jeep.
The roof rack I recommend is the Thule roof rack. This system has 60-inch square load bars and gutter feet. This roof rack has a 165-lb weight capacity but you will want to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight capacity of your Jeep. To order this roof rack you will need part # TH712500, and part # TH65BJ.
For a ski carrier I recommend the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier, part # TH7326. The carrier can hole up to 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards.
