We have the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" White Spoke Wheel - 4 on 4 - LR D, # AM35351DX. This is a great tire and wheel combination that has everything you were looking for with the exception of the load range of E. Load range D has 8 ply rating instead of 10 ply rating.

If you want the combination of the two you mentioned, I can get you the wheels and the tires you ask for, but they will come separate. We don't have the ability to put them together for you, as the combinations come from the manufacturer that way. For the wheel I recommend the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 4 on 4 - White, # AM20122. For the tire, I recommend the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E, # AM10140.
