The pintle hitch you referenced is not made in the USA. We also have Curt Pintle hitches that I called to confirm are also made overseas.
My recommendation for you is the B&W Tow & Stow Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball - 2" Hitches - 10,000 lbs/16,000 lbs, # BWTS10056. I reached out to my contact at B&W and confirmed that this part number is made in the USA...specifically in Kansas. This hitch has some really great options that make it really nice by design for function. You will have to determine if the cost is worth the added perks for your application. This B&W hitch is the only pintle hitch made in the USA we carry and it is a very well made product from a great company.
