The Yakima HighRoad part # Y02114 that you referenced will fit your factory crossbars on your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon.
If instead you want a fork mounted rack you would want the Forklift part # Y02098 which is a great rack that also is a confirmed fit. I attached a couple review videos for these racks for you to check out as well.
