The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-2-2K you referenced is compatible with wheel diameters from 8-inches up to 12-inches. It is not usable with your 13s.

For a similar idler hub that uses the same bearings (meaning it will fit on the same spindle as the other part) you can use one of the hubs shown on the linked page. All items shown use the same L44649 bearings, work with 13-inch wheels and have the same 5-on-4-1/2-inch wheel bolt pattern as the part you referenced. All of these hubs are rated for used with either 2000- or 2200-lb-rated axles.
