2016 Nissan Titan XD Rola Haul-Your-Might T3 Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 800 lbs - will this or can it be modified to fit a 2016 Nissan Frontier with the sliding track in the bed?

I have a similar solution I can provide, but at this time the Rola ladder rack you mentioned is not a fit for the bed of your 2016 Nissan Frontier with utili track.
Instead you would want the Erickson part # EM07705 which is very similar and is a confirmed fit.
