1999 ford f-150-6-6/12 foot bed will this rack fit on the above truck- used to haul ladders-also are the racks adjustable for the width and will the top rail brackets slide back and forth

And the load stops on the tops of the rails do slide so you can position them where you need them and tighten their knobs to keep them in place.
