Recommended Long Ball Mount That Fits Hitch Ball with 1 Inch Shank to Use with Swagman Traveler XCS
Question:
hello. Im interested in the Swagman 64664 Bike Rack to be used while towing popup camper. My ball mount has a 4.5inch rise but is not long enough to accommodate this bike rack. What ball mount do you recommend. 1 inch ball shank? thanks

Expert Reply:
I suggest using the Draw-Tite # 2736 ball mount. It measures 12 inches from the hitch pin hole to the ball hole and will work with your hitch ball that has a 1 inch shank. It also has a 3/4 inch rise.
This will give you plenty of room along the ball mount to install the Swagman Traveler XCS Bike Rack # S64664 and still let you tow your popup camper.
