Did you try installing it and ran into issues? I attached an install video that we shot where the # C13153 was installed on a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe without issue.
If the bolt holes don't line up properly we have seen this issue turn out to be that the hitch was bent in shipping. If this were the case you could bend the hitch back as long as you don't crease the hitch, or cause any paint to flake off in doing so.
