How do they bolt on ? Up from bottom? I will be putting them on a 2009 Jayco Eagle 33foot travel trailer,also is there a water proof box for switches? Thanks

You can run the mounting bolts of the Ultra Fab Stabilizer Jacks # UF39-941705 up from the bottom or down through the top. Whichever works best. You wouldn't want to submerge the switches under water but they will easily survive rain and normal outside weather. I attached a picture that shows the setup attached to a trailer frame for you to check out.
